  3. Credits are valid for a period of 3 months following plan signup
  4. Credits may be only applied to services related to CometChat Full-stack AI Agent Platform.
  5. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary compensation. Credits are valid only for the specified period and will automatically expire if not used by the stated expiration date.
