Redemption Process:

1. Click on "Redeem Now"
2. Enter first 9 digits of your Visa Commercial Card for validation
3. Upon successful validation, copy the coupon code
4. Click on “Redeem Now”
5. You will be redirected to the merchant website
6. Download the Grab App
7. Sign up or Login your account
8. Go to Account > Subscription
9. Select the Travel Pass of your destination country
10. Tap on “Get Travel Pass”
11. Apply coupon Code
12. Pay via your Visa Commercial Card

Terms and Conditions

1. The Travel Pass is activated upon purchase regardless of whether you are in your home country or have already arrived in the destination country. It is valid for 4 weeks from the day of purchase.

2. Available to new and existing Grab users.

3. Each user may apply only one promo code for redemption.

4. Promo code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. A cashless payment method is still required for the free Travel Pass to be redeemed.

6. Only international travelers are eligible for Travel Passes and the usage of Travel Pass promo codes.

7. Residents of a country, including domestic travelers and long term residents, are ineligible for both Travel Passes and the respective promo codes.

8. You would be considered a resident of a country if you meet any one of the following conditions:

• You have previously registered on the Grab app with a local phone number (using local country code).
• You have more engagement on the Grab app within that country than any other country (as determined solely by Grab).
• You use a local payment method.

9. Once applied, the promo code cannot be changed or reused.

10. If a user applies a new promo code while the current promo code is active, the new promo code will replace the previous one.

11. Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend, and/or alter any part or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

   • Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
