1. Promotion period: The program is valid from January 17, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (23:59:59 GMT+7), or until the allocation is fully redeemed, whichever comes first.

2. Eligible customers:

• The program applies to all customers using the Klook app and making payments via Apple Pay with a valid Visa card.
• The program applies to valid credit, debit, and prepaid cards issued by Visa in Vietnam.

3. Promotion details:

• Customers making a transaction of VND 2,000,000 or more via Apple Pay using a Visa card will receive a voucher (Promo Code) worth VND 300,000, applicable to the next transaction valued at VND 2,000,000 or more (voucher only applies when paying with a Visa card).
• The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued.
• Saving the voucher to the user’s account does not guarantee successful redemption.
• Each Klook user account can receive the promo code a maximum of 1 time during the program period.
• The voucher applies to most services on Klook.

4. Valid transaction conditions:

• Payment is made via Apple Pay using a Visa card.
• The customer has completed the experience/trip.
• The transaction has not been canceled or refunded.

5. Voucher issuance & usage:

• The voucher will be sent to the “Promo Code” section under the Account tab on the Klook app within 1 month after the experience/trip is completed.

Terms and Conditions

• The offer is only applicable when paying via Apple Pay using a Visa card during the promotion period.
• The offer is only applicable to bookings made via the Klook website and mobile app, not applicable on third-party platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.com).
• The offer does not apply to products in the Non-Applicable Activity List, including flights and Klook Gift Cards.
• The offer is only applicable to Klook users in Vietnam with a Vietnamese phone number.
• The promo code will be applied to the final price and displayed at checkout when successfully applied.
• Listed prices may include service fees and applicable taxes.
• Promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions.
• Klook reserves the right to charge additional fees and adjust pricing.
• Exchange rates are based on market estimates and shown at checkout.
• Some banks may charge processing fees.
• Klook and Visa reserve the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
