Merchant Introduction
The "TASTE OF CHINA" immersive restaurant is located in Shanghai's century-old landmark "Old City Mansion", which is a panoramic experience space for Chinese destination culture created by Trip.com Group. Through multi-dimensional sensory interaction technology, the Yellow River waterfall rushes down around you, and the misty rain of the Li River blends green on the dining table, allowing you to taste the magnificence of the mountains and rivers in one bite. Panda Chef "Cheng Feng Feng" uses seven Chinese specialty dishes as a spoon to start a thousand-year-old cultural journey from ancient China to modern China. Deconstructing the travel landscape with digital art and shortening cultural jet lag with flavor philosophy - diners around the world will not only taste top-notch Chinese cuisine, but also embark on an in-depth journey to China "from the tip of the tongue to the heart": from tasting China, to knowing China, and falling in love with China.
