### Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is valid from 9 July 2026 to 31 March 2028. By participating in the Offer you agree to accept these general conditions.
2. The Offer is open to Principal Visa Infinite cardholders, (“Cardholder(s)”) with cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
    - 2.1 For Visa Infinite Cardholders with cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: Complimentary Green Fee, with 1 paying guest, capped at 4 times per program year and limited to one booking per quarter at participating golf clubs (Available from every 2nd day of the month);
    - 2.2 For Visa Infinite Cardholders with cards issued in India: 50% Discounted Green Fee, with 1 paying guest, capped at 4 times per program year and limited to one booking per quarter at participating golf clubs (Available from every 2nd day of the month).
3. The Offer is valid for use only where bookings are made directly via the booking website.
4. Cardholders must adhere to all the terms and conditions when making a golf booking/golf lesson request.
5. Visa and/or Participating Golf Clubs shall have the right to reject any booking request in its absolute discretion.
6. At all times, only one active golf booking per Cardholder is allowed.
7. Offer is not valid for use in conjunction with other non-Visa Infinite promotions, discounts or offers.
8. Visa Infinite Cardholders acknowledge that there are a limited number of complimentary/discounted green fees that apply to all bookings under the Offer fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

### Reservations

1. All bookings must be made through the booking website only.
2. The Offer is valid for weekdays only except Public Holidays unless otherwise stated.
3. A minimum of one (1) night stay is required at certain golf clubs in order to place a tee time reservation.
4. Bookings must be made at least 5 Singapore business days in advance.
5. Cardholders cannot book a tee time more than 14 calendar days in advance.

### Payment Terms

1. The complimentary/discounted green fee rounds apply only to the Principal Cardholders; all other guests will pay normal rates.
2. All charges will be billed to the Principal Cardholder’s Visa Infinite Card.

### Cancellation and Amendments

1. Cancellations and amendments must be made only through the booking website.
2. Any amendment and cancellation for bookings must be made at least 3 business days prior to the tee-off date.

### Miscellaneous

1. The Visa Infinite Offer is valid for golf course access only at Participating Golf Clubs.
2. Cardholders acknowledge that Visa and Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited are not responsible for any non-fulfillment of Offers.
3. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Cardholders and guests release Visa and Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited from any claims arising in connection with the Offer.
4. Visa's Privacy Policy applies to this Offer.
