● OFFER ELIGIBILITY
This offer is applicable only to eligible Visa cardholders travelling from India, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for Umrah. The offer is valid only on flight/hotel bookings made through the designated Visa Umrah booking platform.

● GENERAL CONDITIONS
The offer is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Flight/Hotel bookings, cancellations, amendments, and refunds shall be governed by the applicable airline/hotel policies and Yatra’s Terms & Conditions. Yatra, and platform partners shall not be liable for any disputes, deficiencies, or changes related to the services provided by third-party service providers.

● MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Yatra reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

● LIMITED USER
The User agrees and undertakes not to sell, trade or resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that Yatra Services is not for commercial use but is specifically meant for personal use only.

● DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent Yatra acts only as a booking agent and facilitator of Services on behalf of third party service providers, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the User as regards the standards and rendering of services by the service providers. In no circumstances shall Yatra be liable for the services provided by the service provider.

● The maximum liability on part of Yatra arising under any circumstances, in respect of any Services availed, shall be limited up to a maximum of the refund of total amount received from the User/customer for providing the services less any cancellation, refund or other charges, as may be applicable. In no case Yatra shall be liable for any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever.

● TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTS NOT 'SERVICED BY YATRA'
This Marketplace is a platform/marketplace that facilitates online booking and purchase of travel packages and other travel related services ("Service/s") offered by various third-party service providers ("Vendor/s").

● Vendors are the service providers for the Services on the Marketplace and are solely responsible to User for the Services sold or for redemption of any travel Voucher purchased by User through the Marketplace. Yatra's deliverable is limited to facilitating the communication between User and the Vendor through this Site, for Services.

● AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All amendments and cancellation of booking shall be as per the notifications/ policy provided by the Vendor and shall be routed through Yatra.

● REFUND POLICY
In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, User shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per Vendors’ policies, within 90 days from the travel date. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

● The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request, after receiving back to back refund from the concerned Vendor. If Yatra has received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to the User's credit card.

● GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between User and Yatra shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

  1. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm the availability and validity of the Offer.
  2. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
  3. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
    • Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
    • Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
