Our experience
The Visa Miami Innovation Center is a place to discover, co-create and explore. We encourage outside the box thinking and specialize in pushing beyond our visitors’ comfort zones. First time visitors to our center typically join us for an experience tour and from there we explore further opportunities to work together that may result in one of three different engagements.
Discovery Engagements are half-day or full day sessions; the purpose is to connect with our client and discuss innovation initiatives while exploring opportunities where we might be able to work together.
Co-Creation Engagements are multi-day sessions that begin with a business challenge and lead into rapid prototyping and high-fidelity mock-ups. These sessions are challenging, fun and push us out of our comfort zone in order to create new solutions.
Exploratory Engagements are usually from 2 to 4 hours long and the purpose is to learn more about our clients’ current innovation initiatives and inform them about how our innovation center works.
The innovation team
Building a great time is no easy work, but building a innovative team is even a more challenging task. That’s why we have been very careful in the process of building our team here at Visa Miami Innovation Center. We want to make sure diversity is represented and that we have the needed skill set to provide the best experience to our clients.
Our team includes professionals with many backgrounds, including payment-industry experts with more than 20 years of experience, marketing experts and UX/UI Designers.

To access our parking facility, please use the main vehicle entrance on NW 65th Ave. Upon entering the parking facility, please park in the designated visitor spaces or the spaces towards the right-hand side and facing the Miami airport.
