Finding hope during the COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has been difficult for everyone, particularly small businesses. And for Nancy Gomez, owner of Salon Estilo y Belleza in Guatemala, her business was no exception. On the verge of closing, she found Bono Familia—a program created by the Guatemalan government, in partnership with Visa, to help those affected by the pandemic.
