Visa Credit Card Application (CCA) API can be used in the Sandbox (SBX) environment by any developer. The environment includes test data to simulate request and response payloads. For more details, please reach out to developer@visa.com.

All projects using CtCA will go through a review and approval process at Visa to move to the Production (PROD) environments.
