Visa Flexible Credential (VFC)

If You are a Visa Member the following Visa Product Terms apply to Your use of the Visa Flexible Credential ("VFC") APIs:

A) The Documentation for VFC includes the documents titled as of March 10, 2024, the "Visa Flex Credential (VFC) API Reference— Managed Model" and "Visa Flexible Credential (VFC) Implementation Guide— Managed Model" and the document(S) that replace or succeed each. Please ask Your Visa representative for such Documentation.

B) If You use VFC in the Visa Central Europe, Middle East and Africa Region ("Visa CEMEA Region"), then notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms of Use, You shall accrue fees for Your use of VFC in the Visa CEMEA Region commencing on the earlier of (a) Your Production Live Date for the corresponding Visa Product or (b) the date falling four months after You received Solution Approval for such Visa Product.

C) You are responsible for providing all notices and disclosures to, and collecting any consents from, Cardholders as required under applicable laws. This includes informing Cardholders that their preferences (such as the choice between the processing of credit or debit transactions) will be shared with third parties.

B) Your access and use of VFC is at the direction and on behalf of the Visa Member for which You are an Agent; and only to provide services to such Visa Member.

If You are a non-Visa Member, acting as an Agent of a Visa Member, the following terms applies:

Visa Flexible Credential (VFC)

Jika Anda adalah Anggota Visa, Ketentuan Produk Visa di bawah ini berlaku untuk penggunaan API Visa Flexible Credential ("VFC") oleh Anda:

A) Dokumentasi untuk VFC termasuk dokumen tertanggal 10 Maret 2024 berjudul "Visa Flex Credential (VFC) API Reference- Managed Model" dan "Visa Flexible Credential (VFC) Implementation Guide- Managed Model" serta dokumen-dokumen yang menggantikan atau menjadi penerusnya. Silakan hubungi perwakilan Visa Anda untuk mendapatkan Dokumentasi tersebut.

B) Apabila Anda menggunakan VFC di Wilayah Visa Eropa Tengah, Timur Tengah, dan Afrika ("Wilayah Visa CEMEA"), maka terlepas dari apa pun yang bertentangan dalam Syarat Penggunaan, Anda akan dikenakan biaya untuk penggunaan VFC Anda di Wilayah Visa CEMEA yang dimulai pada tanggal yang lebih awal dari (a) Tanggal Live Produksi Anda untuk Produk Visa yang sesuai, atau (b) tanggal yang jatuh pada empat bulan setelah Anda menerima Persetujuan Solusi untuk Produk Visa tersebut.

C) Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan semua pemberitahuan dan pernyataan kepada, dan mengumpulkan persetujuan dari, Pemegang Kartu sebagaimana diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku. Hal ini termasuk memberi tahu Pemegang Kartu bahwa pilihan mereka (seperti pilihan untuk memproses transaksi kredit atau debit) akan dibagikan dengan pihak ketiga.

Apabila Anda adalah Anggota non-Visa, yang bertindak sebagai Agen dari Anggota Visa, maka ketentuan di bawah ini berlaku:

B) Akses dan penggunaan VFC oleh Anda dilakukan atas arahan dan atas nama Anggota Visa di mana Anda menjadi Agen;

dan hanya untuk memberikan layanan kepada Anggota Visa tersebut.
