Ryan McInerney

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan McInerney has been with Visa since June of 2013 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to assuming the role of CEO in February 2023, he was President, responsible for Visa’s global businesses.

Prior to joining Visa, Mr. McInerney served as Chief Executive Officer of consumer banking for JPMorgan Chase, a business with more than 75,000 employees and revenues of approximately $14 billion.

Previously, Mr. McInerney was a principal at McKinsey & Company in the firm’s retail banking and payments practices. Mr. McInerney received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Antony Cahill

Chief Executive Officer, Visa Europe

Antony Cahill has been appointed Regional President and Chief Executive Officer of Visa Europe. In this role, he is responsible for leading all operations of the 38-market region.

Since 2023, Mr. Cahill served as President of Visa’s global Value-Added Services (VAS) business, where he was responsible for designing, developing and delivering a global portfolio of 200+ products and solutions that power client growth and business performance. Under his leadership, VAS grew into a $9B global business and delivered revenue growth of more than 20% annually.

He initially joined Visa in 2018 as Managing Director for Visa Europe and later became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, overseeing all of Visa’s client relationships in the region.

Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Cahill spent more than 20 years working in Australia’s financial services industry, serving as Chief Operating Officer at NAB (National Australia Bank) and in various executive-level roles at ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited).

Mr. Cahill earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.

Frank Cooper III

Chief Marketing Officer

Frank Cooper III serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Visa. In this vital role, Mr. Cooper leads a global team focused on amplifying the company’s purpose and advancing Visa’s business strategy in the global marketplace. He is responsible for all facets of marketing across Visa’s business, including consumer, B2B and client marketing — and leads marketing across all regions and functions, including brand, data and insights, social and digital platforms, content and sponsorships.

Mr. Cooper’s career spans multiple industries, where he has consistently distinguished himself as a business leader driving change and industry-wide transformation through a deep understanding of business, culture and technology. Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Cooper spent five years as Global Chief Marketing Officer at BlackRock, where he was responsible for shaping BlackRock’s global brand and marketing strategy for institutional and retail clients, including overseeing all digital marketing, branding and research, and insights functions at the firm. Mr. Cooper has also previously served as Chief Marketing and Creative Officer at BuzzFeed and spent over 12 years at PepsiCo, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer of Global Consumer Engagement. He began his career as an entertainment lawyer and served as a senior executive at two of the world’s most iconic music labels: Motown and Def Jam.

Mr. Cooper has been acknowledged by Fast Company as one of the "100 Most Creative People in Business," was a four-time recipient of Billboard's "Power 100" and a recipient of AdColor's "Legend" award. He is also the former Chairman of the American Advertising Federation and has also served on the for-profit Boards of Burlington Stores and Ogmento/Flyby Media.

Mr. Cooper earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as the Supreme Court Editor of The Harvard Law Review, and a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Paul D. Fabara

Chief Risk and Client Services Officer

Paul Fabara is Visa’s Chief Risk and Client Services Officer. In this capacity, he leads the client operations and global risk functions. Both functions share the common goal of putting Visa’s clients first, whether it is protecting them and keeping them safe, or providing operational support and valued services across our clients’ needs. Mr. Fabara is responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of the Visa payment system, while also serving as the principal liaison with regulatory agencies. He ensures that Visa continues to deliver industry-leading services to prevent, detect and mitigate the impact of fraud and security attacks on Visa’s clients and other payment system stakeholders. Mr. Fabara joined Visa in 2019.

Prior to Visa, Mr. Fabara held a number of key leadership roles at American Express Company during his eight-year tenure. Most recently, he held the position of President of the global services group for Amex. As a member of the Amex executive committee, he was responsible for the company’s global servicing functions, including customer service, credit, and fraud operations, as well as enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Most notably, as Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Fabara promoted strong capabilities and disciplined, integrated risk controls. He improved corporate control and compliance in order to identify, monitor and manage risks and led the company’s broad-based activities to meet the requirements of regulatory orders.

Previously, Mr. Fabara served as Global Chief Operating Officer for Barclays’ credit card business, based in London, where he was responsible for card operations across 71 countries. Earlier, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Data Systems, servicing more than 400 private label credit card programs ranging from retail to travel and entertainment. Mr. Fabara started his career at Providian Financial Corporation, where he served in many capacities including risk management, underwriting, marketing, sales and service, and credit administration.

Jack Forestell

Chief Product and Strategy Officer

Jack Forestell is Visa’s first Chief Product and Strategy Officer.

A driving force for innovation at Visa, Mr. Forestell oversees the growth, adoption and evolution of Visa’s products and services globally to meet the needs of the vast set of fintechs, sellers, financial institutions, governments and consumers Visa serves. His organization is shaping money movement, fueling client growth and helping provide economic access across the globe.

Mr. Forestell and his team leverage Visa’s network capabilities, unmatched scale and expertise to provide clients and partners with solutions and services built to navigate the rapidly changing environment. In this new role, Mr. Forestell is responsible for creating a cohesive roadmap that delivers on Visa’s bold long-term vision for enabling people, businesses and thriving economies.

Mr. Forestell joined Visa in 2014. He has served as Group President, Value Added Services and Global Head of Merchant & Acquirer Solutions and Global Head of Products and Solutions.

Before joining Visa, Mr. Forestell spent 12 years at Capital One, most recently as Head of Capital One Digital. In this role, he led online and mobile banking, mobile/emerging payments, digital product design and development, as well as Capital One Labs. Before that, he spent five years as Head of Capital One’s U.S. card customer portfolio. Prior to Capital One, Mr. Forestell was a senior partner and member of the Board of Directors of Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised retail clients throughout Europe and the U.S. on brand strategy, network optimization, pricing and promotion.

Mr. Forestell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Honors from the Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Oliver Jenkyn

Group President, Global Markets

Oliver Jenkyn is Visa’s Group President, Global Markets. Mr. Jenkyn is responsible for Visa’s business in the 200+ countries and territories in which it operates around the globe. Visa is organized into five regions (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America & Caribbean, and Central Europe, Middle East & Africa), each of which is led by a Regional President. These Regional Presidents report into Mr. Jenkyn, as do teams that lead Visa’s global merchant relationships, global client relationships, global digital partnerships, and global deal negotiations.

Mr. Jenkyn has been with Visa for 15 years. Prior to his current role, he was the President of North America, led Visa’s global new businesses (commercial/B2B, government, and Visa Direct), and served as Global Head of Strategy and M&A.

Prior to Visa, Mr. Jenkyn was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the San Francisco, New York, and London offices, and a leader of the firm's banking practice and global payments practice. Mr. Jenkyn also led McKinsey’s relationship with Visa for several years, playing an integral role in Visa's IPO.

Mr. Jenkyn holds master’s degrees in finance and financial policy from Harvard University and Queen's University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University. Mr. Jenkyn serves or has served on a variety of non-profit boards including Tipping Point (a San Francisco nonprofit dedicated to fighting poverty) and the California Academy of Sciences.

Christopher T. Newkirk

President, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions

Chris Newkirk is Visa’s President, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions.

Mr. Newkirk leads Visa’s global commercial and money movement solutions businesses (Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct). He joined Visa as Chief Strategy Officer in June 2020. In that role, Mr. Newkirk led the development of the company’s growth strategy, oversaw Visa’s strategy, regional product and solutions, cross-border, interchange and pricing functions, and established the Visa Garage. He also serves as the executive sponsor of Visa’s Asian Employee Network (VAEN).

Prior to Visa, Mr. Newkirk spent 12 years at Capital One, most recently as the President of small business, international and the Walmart Partnership, and a member of executive committee. In that capacity, Mr. Newkirk had full P&L responsibility across six lines of business in the U.S., U.K. and Canada, spanning strategy, marketing, sales, product, operations, digital transformation, customer experience, talent, risk management, financial performance and venture investing. Prior to Capital One, Mr. Newkirk held several leadership roles at IndyMac Bank. Previously, Mr. Newkirk was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Newkirk received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Yale University and his juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He serves on the board of the Higher Achievement.

Julie B. Rottenberg

General Counsel

Julie B. Rottenberg is Visa’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Ms. Rottenberg oversees the global legal, ethics and compliance function, including leading the company’s global litigation, regulatory, commercial agreements and M&A matters related to Visa’s global operations. Ms. Rottenberg joined Visa’s litigation team in 2008, and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Counsel of North America, where she advised the business on the evolving regulatory environment, expanding client engagements, and other matters for Visa’s largest region.

Prior to joining Visa, Ms. Rottenberg was a partner specializing in litigation and antitrust at Arnold & Porter, LLP in Washington D.C. Earlier in her career she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Beezer, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Samuel Wilson, U.S. District Court, Western District of Virginia.

Ms. Rottenberg holds a Juris Doctor with highest honors from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from San Diego State University.

Chris Suh

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Suh is the Chief Financial Officer at Visa. In his role, he oversees Visa’s financial strategies, planning and reporting, in addition to all finance operations and investor relations.

Mr. Suh joined Visa in July 2023 from Electronic Arts, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.

From 1996 to 2022, Mr. Suh held senior finance roles at Microsoft, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Cloud + AI division from 2018 to 2022, and Head of Investor Relations from 2013 to 2018. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Suh worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1992 to 1996.

Mr. Suh holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business.

Rajat Taneja

President, Technology

Rajat Taneja is President of Technology for Visa, responsible for the company's technology innovation and investment strategy, product engineering, global IT and operations infrastructure. He joined Visa in November 2013.

Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Taneja was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., from October 2011 until November 2013, responsible for platform engineering, data center operations and IT supporting the company's global customer base. From 1996 until 2011, he worked at Microsoft Corporation, including most recently as the Corporate Vice President, Commerce Division, in 2011 and the General Manager and Corporate Vice President, Online Services Division, from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Taneja served on the board of directors of Ellie Mae from June 2015 until April 2019. He currently serves on the board of directors of MSCI.

Mr. Taneja holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and an MBA from Washington State University.

Andrew Torre

President, Value-Added Services

Andrew Torre serves as President of Value-Added Services at Visa. In this role, he is responsible for a global suite of products and services that help clients and partners optimize their performance, differentiate their offerings, and create better experiences for their customers. Mr. Torre joined Visa in 2002, holding global roles in product, strategy, and pricing, as well as multiple regional leadership roles.

Most recently, Mr. Torre served as Regional President of the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region, where he was responsible for driving the transformation of Visa’s operations in 86 countries and territories. He led the CEMEA region through a time of unprecedented growth, significantly growing revenue, strengthening client engagement and expanding Visa’s presence across the region. He previously led Visa’s business operations in Russia and Sub-Saharan Africa, which included overseeing offices and teams, as well as cultivating client and government relationships.

An industry veteran, Mr. Torre’s experience outside Visa includes terms with BankServ, where he was General Manager of the Enterprise Payments Division and Washington Mutual, where he served as Vice President of New Product Development and Strategic Planning. He has also worked with the World Bank in Kyiv, Moscow, and CIS territories.

Mr. Torre received his M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and he holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont. Mr. Torre is a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa.

Kelly Mahon Tullier

Vice Chair, Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer

Kelly Mahon Tullier is Visa’s Vice Chair, Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer, and Corporate Secretary. In her role, Ms. Tullier has responsibility for driving Visa’s purpose to uplift everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid. Visa powers the digital economy, making payments and money movement, safer, faster and more accessible for all, and drives economic growth and prosperity for individuals, communities and businesses around the world.

In her role, Ms. Tullier leads Visa’s people, communications, government engagement, inclusive impact & sustainability, transformation and corporate services functions, including real estate, aviation, security and global events. She is also chair of the Visa Foundation. Ms. Mahon Tullier is responsible for fostering a company culture that prioritizes impact, growth and inclusivity to attract and retain top talent, creating a safe and engaging physical environment and advancing Visa’s advocacy and external reputational initiatives.

Previously, Ms. Tullier served as executive vice president, general counsel of Visa, leading the company’s legal and compliance function. In that role, she led the Company through a variety of complex legal, regulatory and compliance matters globally.

Prior to joining Visa, Ms. Tullier spent almost 20 years at PepsiCo, Inc. serving in senior roles globally, including senior vice president and deputy general counsel, as well as senior vice president and general counsel for PepsiCo's Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa division, based in Dubai.

Ms. Tullier was also senior vice president and general counsel for Frito-Lay, Inc. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Baker Botts LLP and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas.

Ms. Tullier serves on the Cornell Law School Advisory Council, the Corporate Advisory Committee of the National Legal Aid & Defender Association, the board of trustees for Children’s Aid, and the board of directors of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum. She previously served on the board of directors of the National Women’s Law Center. She also has served as a director on the boards of the Tahirih Justice Center and International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution.

Ms. Tullier received her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School.
